Exterior Safe Wash (historical)

An exterior-only wash for cars that are already in good condition. The focus is on removing dirt safely with a proper contact wash, rather than dragging grit across the paint the way an automatic brush wash can.
The Deep Clean
A much bigger job, so plan for the detailer to be with your car for approximately five hours. Inside, upholstery is steam cleaned and extracted where suitable, leather is deep cleaned and conditioned, plastics are cleaned, and reasonable pet-hair removal is included. Outside, the wheel barrels and arches are cleaned, iron fallout and tar are removed, the paint gets a safe contact wash, tyres are dressed and windows are finished with a rain repellent. Maintenance Clean
A recurring one-hour clean for returning customers after a completed AquaGleam Deep Clean. It maintains an established cleaning baseline and is not offered as a first appointment.
Ceramic Coating
Ceramic coating is where preparation matters most. The Essential package gives 1-year protection, Professional adds two-stage paint correction for 3-year protection, and Ultimate uses multi-stage correction for 5-year protection. How Long Will It Take?
Because the work happens where the car is parked, you're rarely "without" it in the way you would be at a garage. You can work from home or get on with your day while the detailer works. As a rough guide:
- Exterior Safe Wash (historical): 30–45 minutes
- Maintenance Clean: around 1 hour, after a completed AquaGleam Deep Clean
- The Deep Clean: approximately 5 hours

Aftercare: Keeping the Finish Looking Good
A detail isn't the end of the story. How the car is treated in the weeks afterwards makes a big difference to how long it stays looking its best.
